Question 1

What am I actually buying?

Accepted Answer

Every listing in the store is a digital game key — a code you activate on the platform it's issued for (Steam, Epic Games, Xbox, PlayStation, and more, depending on the title). Nothing physical ships to you.

Question 2

How and when will I receive my key?

Accepted Answer

Keys are delivered digitally to the email address on your order, usually within minutes of your payment being confirmed. Check your inbox — and your spam folder, just in case.

Question 3

How do I activate or redeem my key?

Accepted Answer

Activation steps vary by platform and publisher, so check the “Activation details” section on the game's own product page before you buy — it covers exactly what to do for that title.

Question 4

Do I need an account to buy?

Accepted Answer

No — you can check out as a guest with just your email and contact details. Creating a free account is optional, but it gives you access to your order history and, where enabled, an account balance you can pay with.

Question 5

I checked out as a guest — where's my order confirmation?

Accepted Answer

A guest order isn't attached to an account, so there's no order history page to check — your key and confirmation are sent to the email address you entered at checkout. Check your inbox and spam folder.

Question 6

Where can I see my past orders?

Accepted Answer

If you checked out with an account, go to Account → Orders for a full history of your purchases and account top-ups, along with their status and date. Guest orders are sent to your email instead — see the previous question.

Question 7

What payment methods can I use?

Accepted Answer

Card payment is supported everywhere. Some stores also offer additional methods at checkout, alongside paying from your account balance if you have one — the options available to you are shown on the checkout page.

Question 8

Is it safe to enter my card details?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your card details are encrypted in your browser before they're sent, and we never see or store your raw card number.

Question 9

How do I use a coupon code?

Accepted Answer

Enter your code in the coupon field at checkout and select “Apply.” If it's valid, the discount is applied to your order immediately. Each coupon can only be redeemed once — per account if you're signed in, or per guest checkout otherwise.

Question 10

What is account balance, and how do I add funds?

Accepted Answer

Where enabled, you can add funds from Account → Top-up and then choose account balance as a payment method at checkout — useful for repeat purchases without re-entering your card each time.

Question 11

How do I create an account?

Accepted Answer

Select “Register” and sign up with your email and a password, or continue with Google — either way takes a few seconds.

Question 12

I forgot my password — what do I do?

Accepted Answer

Use “Forgot password” on the login page to get a reset link by email; it's valid for a short time for security.

Question 13

Can I change my account email?

Accepted Answer

Your account email isn't editable from your profile page — contact us if it needs to change. You can update your name, avatar, password and billing address any time from your account settings.

Question 14

Can I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Yes, from your account settings. This is permanent, so make sure you no longer need your order history before you do.

Question 15

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

See our Returns & Refunds page for this store's full policy, including what's eligible and how to request one.

Question 16

My key doesn't work — what should I do?

Accepted Answer

Contact us with your order number and we'll look into it — most activation issues are resolved quickly once we know the title and platform affected.

Question 17

How do I get in touch with support?

Accepted Answer

Use the Contact page any time — messages go to a real person, not a ticket queue.
